The Real Estate Services Project provides reduced-rate legal representation to community-based organizations and housing developers seeking to return vacant properties in Baltimore City to productive use through acquisition and rehabilitation.
Project to End Predatory & Deceptive Real Estate Practices
The Project to End Predatory and Deceptive Real Estate Practices researches real estate transactions and develops strategies to identify and respond to real estate practices motivated by fraud, greed and deception that lead to foreclosure, property abandonment, and otherwise adversely impact neighborhoods.

The Small Business Legal Services Project & Youth Entrepreneurship Initiative provide legal services to enhance commercial districts throughout Baltimore City, support social entrepreneurs, and enable youth to realize their entrepreneurial dreams.
